Fantastic pair of office chairs by celebrated British Designer Robin Day, manufactured by Hille. First produced in 1967 the Polyprop armchair is a British design classic, it's moulded form and flexibility makes it exceptionally comfortable. A statement in dark brown, the finish is appealingly matte and textured, creating an elegant play of light on the surface. These chairs are mounted on one swivel base and one fixed base. The bases are particularly striking with their strong clean lines and simple architectural precision, crafted from stainless steel with interesting tarnishing adding to the character and heritage. Visually and structurally uncomplicated yet infused with a unique pedigree, a rare piece of British design history - absolutely wonderful as a pair.
